Her first name, "Octavia", is the Latin word for "eighth".After he reassures and comforts her, she doesn't mind him picking her up and carrying her out of the park seeming happy like when she was a child. She asks her dad when they eventually talk if he is going to run off with Blitzo and leave her. This fear returned after Stolas had his affair with Blitzo. She has had a fear since she was a child of her father abandoning her. Despite her complacency, Octavia's issues are evidently deeper than they appear. In one case, she didn't seem to mind that she almost got hit by her mother with a large carnivorous plant and casually remained in the background when her mother yelled at her father for his affair, then nonchalantly asking if the two were done screaming. Octavia's moodiness likely stems from the tumultuous relationship of her parents to the point she has become desensitized to it. She has a dry sense of humor, as she calls Loo Loo and Loo Loo Land a "shameless spin-off" of Lucifer's far more popular theme park Lu Lu World, and voicing disdain for "insecure corporate shame". Negative, pessimistic, and sarcastic to everyone else, Octavia's perpetually dour mood deters her from others. Octavia is generally of few words, as she naturally prefers her privacy over opening up. She favors morbid topics like listening to and writing depressing emotional songs and collecting taxidermy of monstrous animals. Matching her gothic appearance, Octavia's attitude is that of a cynical, stark teenager. She also didn’t wear any shoes and sometimes wore her tiara. Her hands were also black and wore the same pink glittery dress with white stars on it, but the sleeves were puffy and white. When she was a child, her hair was shorter and messier with a lighter gray with white tips at the end of it. She also accessorizes with a pink choker around her neck. For clothing, Octavia wears a pink glittery dress, a dark feather shawl around her shoulders, pink arm warmers with stars on them, black boots, and a black beanie hat with pale tiara design on it. Octavia bears traits from both of her parents: she has her father's white mask-like face and light pupils with her mother's shaggy, scruffy hair feathers. Her eyes are also pink with bright pupils, while below each of her eyes are two tear-like streaks.
An adolescent avian demon, Octavia is lanky and unkempt with a coat of gray feathers.
